HI, my name is Janelle and as an Insight, Life Purpose
& Well-Being Coach.
I LEAD people to find THEMSELVES & Their POWER in their life.
This is what I discovered on my own journey through divorce and alcoholism… it was the one thing that changed my approach to life… the realisation that I was the one sabotaging my own happiness.
I’M AMAZED as I look back to 7 years ago thinking :
There must be more to my life……….! ! !
Then I was Divinely led to life coaching and for me it needed to be heart based. So the name Hart Life Coaching Academy really grabbed me. In December 2018 I graduated with my International Diploma in Life Coaching.
I created and launched the website for my new business
Awakenings Life Coaching in January 2019. I have since then studied at ICC Insight Coaching Community which I graduated from in 2021.

Vision Board & Intention Setting Workshop
When you attend my vision board and intention setting workshop you immerse yourself in the vision of your dream life. I take you on a meditative journey to your souls desires. We then take time to create this vision on a large blank canvas.You fill it with pictures,painting and other media to tell your dream story.
